The room we were assigned was pleasant and peaceful, featuring a contemporary bathroom, situated in a wonderful and lovely area.

The breakfast was above average and generous for ALL tastes, I tried awesome toast and eggs. Location: the hotel was just off kuta square, airport and beach for that. The vibe here was contemporary. The staff was really helpful and very very helpful providing assistance.

Got superior king room with modern bathroom as expected. The location in a charmless neighborhood was strategic and perfect. Besides, it was so close to Yellow kuta beachwalk, the airport and shopping mall and mini market.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. The colors were vibrant and the furniture was comfortable and stylish. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious paradise. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman. , I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for easy mobility.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, it felt like they were too busy with their own conversations and didn't prioritize assisting us.

The rooms at Primebiz Hotel Kuta are cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The individually controlled air-conditioning and free wifi were a big plus for me as a solo traveler. The comfortable bed with quality linen ensured a good night's sleep.

Personally, I found the satellite channels on the 32" LED TV to be limited.

We had a fantastic experience at Primebiz Hotel. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, including accompanying us to the police station to resolve an issue with a taxi driver. Their excellent service and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. they were kind enough to hold onto an item we left behind, ensuring it would be waiting for us when we return. the hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
